1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SEO Playbook (“seoplaybook.ai”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEO Playbook is a web-based SEO checklist tracker and project management tool. The Service provides SEO checklists, task tracking, team collaboration, project briefs, and related features designed to help users manage and execute their SEO strategies.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free plan with limited functionality and a paid plan with full access. The paid plan is a one-time lifetime payment. “Lifetime” means for the operational life of the Service. We reserve the right to modify pricing for new customers, but existing lifetime purchases will be honored.

Features available under each plan may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to the features included in the paid plan.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through Razorpay. All payments are final unless otherwise stated. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 30 days of purchase, you may contact us for a refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service without prior written consent
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by SEO Playbook and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The SEO checklists and task content provided within the Service are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside the Service without written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, notes, project briefs, or other content you create within the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Soft-deleted projects are permanently removed after 30 days.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control, and we make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings or traffic improvements.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SEO Playbook, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
